I am a digital maker and help people to promote their businesses online.
During the 12 years I’ve been in the marketing and website industry I have seen staff (and bosses!) spend too much time wrestling with their websites and their digital marketing tools.
That is not the way it should be. You should spend your time doing what you do best (i.e. serving your customers), not doing battle with tools that were put in place to improve your business.
The conundrum of websites and digital marketing that suck the life out of business ought to be fixed, and I am doing my bit to help.
